Join us for an outdoor dinner celebration Saturday,
September 12, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) to benefit the Center for Mediation, Peace, and Resolution of Conflict and to make
possible life-changing conflict resolution programs for leaders, students, and children in Latin America
and the United States! Enjoy lively entertainment, a beautiful setting, and a variety of delicious food from all around Latin
America prepared by local chefs. Entertainment will include Latin American folkloric
dance entertainment, a silent auction, an art contest, and much more. Kids will enjoy
the farm animals and hay rides, as well as the live entertainment. Tickets are $25,
half price for children under 12 (family maximum of $100). Buy in advance, because tickets are $30 at the door.
We invite and encourage individuals, businesses, and organizations, to support the
Taste of Latin America dinner, and by doing so, to support peacebuilding work in Georgia and the world.
In addition to attending the dinner, there are many opportunities to support CEMPROC and this event:
we are currently asking for donations of items for the silent auction, as well as general corporate
sponsorships, which will be gratefully acknowledged in print, online, and at the event. Past years' events have
grossed thousands of dollars to benefit peacebuilding programs in Latin America, and have been attended by sold-out crowds of up to 140 people from 18 different countries. We
would like to make this year's event just as successful, and we hope that you will be a part of this effort.

The cost
of one ticket could provide training and materials so that a dozen children in Cumming, GA can learn
about effective and nonviolent conflict resolution. When a couple buys tickets, they are providing
sufficient support to allow an Ecuadorian indigenous church leader to receive an intensive 20-hour
practicum in peace and conflict resolution in the Christian life. Together with you, we are creating
peacemakers, one person at a time!
Buy tickets online today, and save from the gate price of $30! Adult Tickets: $25 each in advance
Children's Tickets (Under 12 years of age): $12.50 each
Take a peek at some of
the terrific items available in this year's silent auction!
