U.S. Blitz

During the month of May, CEMPROC International Executive Director Jeff
Pugh will be in the United States promoting the organization and raising
funds to support its programs and mission to reduce destructive conflict in
the Western Hemisphere. This will be the perfect time for interested individuals
or groups to learn more about the organization and its work in Latin America
and the United States, and to find out how to become a partner in supporting
CEMPROC. Not only that, but there are potential opportunities to be on the
receiving end of CEMPROC conflict resolution programming during this time,
as we will be giving at least one course, and anyone is welcome to enroll (see
schedule below). If you, your group, organization, business, church, or anyone
else is interested in learning more about CEMPROC, please contact us at
info@cemproc.org, and we will try to
arrange for Jeff to come speak with you. Here are a few of the events that
are already planned for the U.S. Blitz:
- May 8 Fundraising dinner in Cumming, GA
- May 11 CEMPROC program at Rotary Club meeting, Cumming, GA
- May 15 CEMPROC program at United Methodist Mens breakfast, Forest Park UMC
- May 16 - Sunday School program at FUMC, Albany, GA;
- May 18 CEMPROC program at FUMC business lunch in Albany, GA
- May 19 - Meeting of the CEMPROC International Board of Directors, Cumming, GA
- May 23 - Conflict Resolution course for church leaders and members, Cumming FUMC, Cumming, GA; This
is a 5 hour (1 p.m.-6 p.m.) course with a cost, covering a manual and the cost of giving

- May 26 - Informational conversation at the Southern Institute for Appropriate Technology (SIFAT),
Lineville, Alabama
